APPLICATION PART I 

• Please create an account in our CRM to begin the application. process for the Mentor Program.
  • If you already have an account in our CRM, you can skip this step.
• If you are a Member of the eForum, the application fee is waived, but you must be logged in to our CRM.
• There is a non-refundable application fee of $120 for Non-Members, which includes a 1-year membership to the eForum
• After completing Part I of your application, you’ll be directed to Part II via email (check spam!).
